📻 Go straight to the tool: Swiss Repeater List and Export: a complete interface with filters, sorting and multi-format export.
🎯 Why this tool?
The official list of Swiss amateur radio repeaters published by the USKA (Union Schweizerischer Kurzwellen-Amateure) is the reference in Switzerland. It contains the details of each repeater: TX/RX frequencies, shift, mode, CTCSS, location and status. But the list is presented as a raw table, with no filters, no search and no way to export it.
For HB3/HB9 radio amateurs, programming repeaters into a handheld or mobile radio by hand is still a tedious job. You have to copy each frequency, check the shift, find the CTCSS tone, identify the mode... and start again for every repeater.
The Swiss Repeater List and Export tool on HB9V solves this problem with a modern interface that takes the official USKA data and makes it easy to browse and export. You can filter the list of Swiss amateur radio repeaters by band, mode or canton, then export in one click for your radio programming software.
USKA table with no filters, frequencies copied by hand, no export, awkward navigation
Smart filters, instant search, export in 5 formats, expandable details for each repeater
⚡ Main features
The tool offers everything you need to browse and make use of the complete list of Swiss amateur radio repeaters. Here are the six main features:
📊 Filter by band
Select the bands you are interested in: 10m, 6m, 2m, 70cm, 23cm. Each filter shows a counter with the number of repeaters available. Turn on several bands at once for a combined view.
📡 Filter by mode
Filter by transmission mode: FM, C4FM, DMR, D-STAR, P25. Colour-coded badges in the table show the mode of each repeater. Live counters show the number of repeaters per mode.
🗺️ Filter by canton
Select one or more cantons, or use the regional presets: French-speaking Switzerland (VD, GE, FR, NE, VS, JU), German-speaking Switzerland or Ticino. The list of cantons is generated dynamically from the data.
🔀 Sort by column
Click the column headers to sort the list by frequency, callsign, QTH, altitude or status. Each click reverses the order. Quickly spot the nearest or highest repeaters.
🔍 Text search
Type a callsign, a QTH, a locator or a frequency in the search box. Results update instantly as you type. Find any repeater in a matter of seconds.
📋 Expandable details
Click a repeater to expand its full record: CTCSS/DCS, DMR Color Code and ID, cross-links, gateway, Wires-X, QRZ.com link. All the technical information at a glance.

Overview of the tool: hero, statistics (308 repeaters, 265 active QRV), multi-format export section and USKA notice.

💡 How to export: Use the filters to select the repeaters you want (by band, mode or canton), choose the format that matches your radio, then click the download button. A preview of the first 5 rows is shown before downloading so you can check the data.
⚠️ Check before you transmit: The exported data comes from the official USKA source, but you should always check the frequencies and settings (CTCSS, shift) before transmitting on a repeater. Some repeaters may be temporarily out of service or switched off (QRT).

Expanded detail row: TX/RX frequencies, shift, Maidenhead locator, DMR Color Code and ID, copy buttons and QRZ.com link.

Export section with CHIRP, Yaesu ADMS, Icom CS, Kenwood MCP and CSV cards, followed by the table with 248 repeaters and real data.
🔄 Real-time data
The tool fetches its data directly from the official USKA source. Whenever USKA updates its repeater list (additions, changes or removals), the changes are automatically reflected in the tool.
The system uses a smart 6-hour cache to keep loading times fast without overloading the USKA server. The data is analysed (parsing of remarks, extraction of modes, CTCSS, DMR CC) and presented in a structured way.
Information for each repeater
Each repeater in the list shows the main columns (callsign, TX frequency, shift, mode, QTH, canton, altitude, status). Click a row to see the following details:
- Frequencies: repeater TX and RX, exact shift
- Tone: single or split CTCSS (different RX/TX)
- DMR: Color Code (CC), DMR ID, network (Brandmeister, IPSC2)
- Cross-links: links with other repeaters
- Gateway / Wires-X: internet gateways
- Locator: Maidenhead grid
